Midtown is searching for an Arena Instructor to teach and motivate our members to achieve their goals. Midtown instructors are as excited to learn as they are to teach. The Arena Studio at Midtown is a unique HIT studio that includes treadmill work and strength training on the FIT Bench through our Midtown-signature programming. We offer education around program design, coaching and member connection that promotes the ability to lead a variety of classes. The Position What you’ll do: Blaze a trail at Midtown Athletic Club. We believe in coaching people and taking our members from A to B. Midtown coaches are as excited to learn as they are to teach. Our Arena coaches are equal parts performer and instructor—and bring their passions to life in our signature Arena programs. You will lead classes with your personal brand of performance that engages, energizes, and challenges our members. Arena Instructor responsibilities: Building your community Delivering experiential classes Inspiring our members, while fostering a “yearn to return” culture Arena instructor requirements: A passion for crafting inspiring experiences.
