Job Summary:

Safeguards persons and property on the hospital campuses while enhancing the general sense of well being to those who come upon the premises. Continuously seeks to provide assistance to visitors, patients, staff, physicians and others.


Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • Must have previous law enforcement, military, corrections, public safety or emergency services experience; OR be a current student in or a recent graduate from an accredited criminal justice degree program.
  • Valid CT Driver's License required
  • Requires a current CT Guard Card.
  • 4 weeks of full-time training across all shifts is required
