We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service / fixed Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our automotive service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff

- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs

- Provide estimates for repairs and services, including upselling additional services

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Oversee cash handling procedures and financial transactions

**Experience:**

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Strong background in automotive service management

- Proficiency in service writing and customer service

- Knowledge of automotive sales techniques

- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks

We have a great opportunity for a strong manager to lead our team. We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Service Director / Fixed Operations Director to join our company. We are looking for an energetic, self motivated, proven leader to grow out fixed operatons to the next level and beyond. Service Management experience is REQUIRED!

Oversee fixed operations, Develope, Implement, and monitor all Sales.

Followup and Training Processes

Monitor daily operations, minimize open ros daily

Maintain strong Communications between all departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
