Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote MidSouth Transitions Medical Group's services and grow census within assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new accounts and business opportunities within the assigned territory
-Call on 10 accounts daily within assigned territory. Assigned accounts will include hospitals, home health agencies, rehab facilities, home care agencies, assisted living facilities, physician clinics, and any other healthcare agencies within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including case managers, MDS coordinators, social services directors, physicians, and nurse practitioners
- Conduct service presentations and educational sessions to accounts within targeted territory
- Collaborate with the internal team as needed to ensure smooth referral process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
