Duties:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the tow truck and handling vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of all towed vehicles, including documenting any damages or issues
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience operating a tow truck or similar heavy equipment is preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
