Midland Plastics Inc. is looking for an experienced Thermoform Set-Up Operator who can apply his/her knowledge to perform accurate, efficient mold set-ups and start-ups, while maintaining a high level of machine output and utilization. The ideal candidate must have a technical background and aptitude to learn and apply processing/troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate will also be able to build or repair fixtures using carpentry knowledge and skills for new or revised jobs. Quality checks are also the responsibility of this role .
