Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced Residential Window Installers to join our team. As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing residential windows according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. You will work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and the successful completion of each project.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and assess window openings for accurate installation
• Remove old windows and prepare openings for new installations
• Install, align, and seal windows using appropriate tools and techniques
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a residential window installer or similar role
• Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing various types of windows
• Strong knowledge of window installation techniques and best practices
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
