This role requires a hybrid model of 2-3 days in an office in the Bay Area/peninsula. 

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and enhancement of our Telehealth services for women. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical, and commercial to drive initiatives aimed at improving the delivery and effectiveness of our Telehealth offerings.

• Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps to enhance our telehealth services for women.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective messaging and positioning strategies for our telehealth offerings.
• Work closely with the clinical and operations team to deeply understand patient care experience. 
• Collaborate with clinical operations and other operations teams to develop tools aimed at enhancing efficiency while prioritizing patient satisfaction.
• Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with external partners and vendors to integrate third-party solutions and technologies into our Telehealth platform, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Support the product development process from ideation to launch, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, coordinating development efforts, and conducting user acceptance testing.

You May have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 
• 2-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry.
• Passion for women's health and a strong interest in leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, QuickSight, and Athena EHR
