Construction Loan Administrator perform the following functions:

• Preclosing process – ordering/reviewing due diligence items, engaging counsel for doc prep or preparing loan documents via Laserpro, coordinating all items with Loan Officer, Member and third party vendors. Prepare loan budget and handle any closing disbursements.
• Funding process – disburse owner equity and loan proceeds in adherence with Chapter 713 Florida Statutes, monitor lien waivers, inspection reports
• Builder lines (backup) – coordinate with Loan Officer and title companies on adding new units, payoff existing units, order inspections, monitor progress
• Prepare and update monthly construction loan report

Qualifications include:

• 3 to 5 years experience processing loans, ordering/reviewing due diligence items
• Experience Administering construction loans and knowledge of Florida construction lien law a plus
• Knowledge of basic business structures
• Proficient with Laserpro, Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
