Job Summary
The eCommerce Department functions as the manager and owner of all website sales, including 3rd party marketplaces, D2C websites, and Retailer.com. Working closely with Category managers, Marketing, Sales managers and offline sales teams, the eCommerce Dept strives to grow online presence while offering support to the overall organization through sales, product and marketing trend identification and development.
The eCommerce Analyst is primarily responsible for analysis of eCommerce sales and marketing data, identifying trends, and calculating and communicating inventory as it relates to planned marketing effectiveness. A primary focus of this position will be on Digital Marketing, how its measured in divergent systems across platforms, and how learning can be applied equally through the entire eCommerce eco-system. This position is also responsible for operational analysis for efficiency improvement, as well as regular reporting and maintenance of Digital Shelf SAAS.
