Job Grade 8 Salary Range: $24.08 - $35.67 per hour
Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist in the preparation and administration of payroll for all Board of Education personnel in accordance with collective bargaining agreements and employment contracts. The work is performed under the direction of the Executive Director of Finance and the Payroll Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Minimum Training and Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Functions
Associates degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field with one year of payroll/accounting experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities. Requires the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division; and to calculate percentages and decimals.
