Responsibilities:

· Ensure compliance with all MHSA policy, procedures and standards at all times.

· Ensure that support staff is maintaining the overall cleanliness of Bristol Lodge Pantry storage area and donations room.

· Coordinate all Food Service operations including food prep, storage, receiving and distribution.

· Assist the DOO in the arrangement and oversight of Boston Food Bank pick-ups and distribution for the Mobile market and all MHSA programs.

· Facilitate donation pick-ups and receiving.

· Train all MHSA cooks and Food Service staff, monitor their performance, and ensure their ServSafe certification at all times.

· Prepare program menus, order corresponding food supplies, and maintain proper inventory.

· Prepare and cook program meals as needed.

· Assist the MHSA Buyer I and the DOO with the procurement and distribution of food, as well as with all other supplies, for all MHSA programs.

· Maintain overall cleanliness of MHSA Food Service facility.

· Assist the DOO in managing the warehouse floor and all other

phases of warehouse operations, as needed.

· Assist the Facilities and Maintenance Departments in performing certain

repairs and maintenance service, as needed.

· Maintain open and consistent communication with MHSA supervisors and

program staff.

· Abide by all MHSA policies regarding boundaries, strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

· Attend in-service and outside training instruction as assigned by the DOO.

· Various other responsibilities as assigned by the DOO from time to time, as needed, to ensure the proper functioning of the MHSA Food Service Program, the Warehouse, the Food Pantry, Mobile Market and all otherMHSA programs.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED preferred.

· Three (3) years experience in food prep, storage and safe handling.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work with diverse population.

· Ability to work as part of a Team.

· CPR/First Aid Certified (MHSA will provide training opportunity).

· ServSafe certified (MHSA will provide training opportunity).

· Demonstrated reliable attendance and reporting for work.

· Valid Driver’s License.

· Reliable personal transportation.

· Satisfactory CORI/SORI reports at all times while employed at MHSA
