The Clinical Resource Nurse provides clinical support 24/7 across the Middlesex Health main hospital campus, assisting in providing support to staff as well as patients. This role requires expert clinical nursing skills and knowledge.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Expert Clinical Nursing Skill and Knowledge
* Current, unrestricted Connecticut Nursing License
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
* 2 years previous emergency/critical care experience
* 5 years as Registered Nurse
* Cultural awareness
* ACLS
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Prior like experience
* Board of Nursing Certification
* Experience in an interdisciplinary team
* Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) training
* Prior PACU/Endoscopy experience
* Prior EKOS/TIPS experience
