Our Store Operations Manager will oversee day to day operations of all sales floor departments for our $20 million natural foods market. The Store Operations Manager reports to the General Manager and will work closely with the management team to set strategy and direction for the Co-op.
Our ideal candidate will have retail experience - ideally in the natural foods industry and have a proven track record of:

• Identifying and developing future leaders
• Continuously improving systems, the customer experience, and personal skills

Our benefits package includes group health insurance, optional vision and dental insurance, flexible spending account, 3 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, profit sharing bonus, 401k, life insurance, paid parental leave, co-op membership, employment assistance program, and more.
Starting salary is $70,000 - 90,000 depending on experience. $1,000 Hiring Bonus available after 90-days of employment.
