Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily living activities in a caring and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' well-being
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation

Experience:

- Experience in assisted living, nursing homes, memory care, or home care settings
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
- Ability to drive for resident outings and appointments
- Background in social work or related field is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
