Description of Duties: Processing outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Processing due invoices for client representative payees. Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner. This includes processing invoices, disburse payments to vendors on rep’s behalf, posting payments to appropriate accounts. Monitoring representative’s payee balances. Balance representative payee accounting records, statements, journals, ledgers and reports. Compiles and maintains accurate records and files. Maintains and analyze for compliance

Qualifications: Associate’s degree in business curriculum or related field from an accredited college or university AND one year of experience performing accounting and/or fiscal control functions OR High school diploma or GED AND three years of experience performing accounting and/or fiscal control functions. Valid, unrestricted GA Driver’s License. Must be computer literate.

Agency is an eligible work site for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.
