MidCoast Medical Center- Central is Hiring a Physical Therapist Near Llano, TX
\*\*\*Outpatient experience preferred \*\*\
- Performs Pre-Admission, Admission and on-going Assessment related to patient condition and/or plan of care.
- In conjunction with the patient, family, and staff, a treatment plan or Interdisciplinary Treatment Plan is developed.
- Provides direct physical therapy intervention based on the treatment
- Evaluates and documents the patient's response to Physical Therapy
- Develops and maintains effective communication with the patient,
- Participates in continued application of standards required by all applicable accrediting bodies, ie. Medicare
- Promotes the concept and image of professional physical therapy practice
- Demonstrates understanding of marketing concepts and contributes to the delivery of cost effective health care.
- Other duties as assigned.
