We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.
```Duties```
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to diagnose and repair malfunctions
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and manuals to complete maintenance tasks accurately
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and prioritize work orders
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including documentation of repairs and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
