Midas Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Staybridge Suites hotel located in Sacramento, CA. This person will be in charge of overseeing the housekeeping staff and department. We are looking for an energetic and thorough person who will help our hotel be award winning and ensure the satisfaction of all hotel guest.
What You Will Be Doing:

• Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house.
• Supervise and direct all housekeeping associates to include room attendants, houseperson, laundry attendant and supervisor.
• Assign associates their duties and inspect work for brand standard compliance.
• Maintain rooms control procedures including monthly inventories, proper cleaning times, safety, etc and report discrepancies to General Manager.
• Maintain all supplies and equipment for housekeeping department.
• Document and communicate maintenance requests to maintenance department.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction as it pertains to the housekeeping department.

The Ideal Candidate:

• One year of supervisory experience.
• One year of housekeeping experience in a hotel setting
• Hotel experience is required.
• Weekends / Holidays are required.

The Salary Range for this role is $21.00 - $23.00 / hourly. This is the lowest to highest pay scale we in good faith believe we would pay for his role at the time of posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
