We are hiring for an experienced service advisor with deep automotive background. Our generous pay plan includes an hourly rate guarantee and a weekly performance bonus. We will pay based on performance and appropriate skill sets needed to advance our company. The average gross pay is $40,000 to $60,000 per year pending experience, leadership and performance. At Midas Bowling Green KY, we are a family owned and operated shop established in 1977. Our large shop provides total car care with 16 service bays. This includes one thirty-foot truck rack and alignment machine for large trucks, box trucks and mid-size buses. We provide excellent customer service including eight customer loaner cars and updated equipment. Our services include diagnostics, air conditioning, heating, exhaust, brakes, suspension, DOT inspections, oil changes, tires, and alignments, etc. We provide select diesel maintenance and repairs.

• Considered a parts expert.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
• Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
• Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service benefits and specials.
• Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European, and Asian cars, light trucks and large vehicles.
• Overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A minimum of 5 years as of service advisor experience and or a experienced technician that has an outgoing personality at a professional shop.
• Deep engine diagnostic, brakes, steering automotive knowledge, etc.
• Excellent customer service disposition.

• Ability to work 5 days including every Saturday. 
• Valid driver’s license
