Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Steel Worker to join our team. As a Steel Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to steel fabrication and assembly. This is a hands-on position that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Rig, move, and position steel materials using appropriate equipment

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and dimensions
- Fabricate and assemble steel structures
- Perform machining operations such as cutting, drilling, and grinding
- Use basic math skills to measure and calculate dimensions accurately
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Perform welding tasks as needed, following relevant codes and standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in steel fabrication or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
