When you add in our additional delivery channels, such as email, Informed Delivery, and online advertising, we average over two million messages a day delivered to mailboxes, inboxes and online.
Midwest Direct is looking for a Data Coordinator!
Job duties include:
- Analyze customer data files for completeness according to the SOP's. Process clients' data files through required steps to ensure that the data is ready to be processed by the machinery.
- Help with the close procedure by ensuring all data is present, accurate, and uploaded to the correct locations for the final operation that evening.
- Perform company-defined quality control procedures on all data and processes.
- Work with internal and external partners to fix or obtain any data that is missing that is needed for the biweekly close.
- Work on daily batched processes that need to be processed through SOP's, quality controlled, and released into production the next morning.
-Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Schedule:
- Swing shift 3pm-11pm with some varying of schedule based on daily workload.
- Tuesdays through Saturdays with flexibility and willingness to adjust.
Compensation:
- $30,000-$40,000 yearly salary

- Associates degree of equivalent from two year college or technical school; OR 2-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven computer literacy with intermediate proficiency with keying/typing, MS Office, quality control, and Internet protocols.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Adaptable with the ability to dynamically prioritize according to the current situation.
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to work independently to accomplish repeated work without daily direction.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
