MID TENN POWERSPORTS, LLC is Hiring a Parts Advisor Near Lebanon, TN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Advisor, with a Sales and Customer Service mindset, to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for selling Powersports related Parts, Garments and Accessories to retail customers on the showroom floor and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

-Qualify customers to determine their needs and close sales on recommended PG&A items.

-Upsell retail customers to increase lines per ticket, while maintaining gross margin goals
- Procure parts from various suppliers using the dealership DMS system
- Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles.

-Follow up with customers when parts arrive and ensure prompt pickup and payment
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues quickly
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts for repairs
- Assist in organizing the warehouse and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Experience:

- Previous experience in Powersports and Retail Sales
- Basic knowledge of Powersports products and Powersports dealership operations
- Ability to interpret technical diagrams and part numbers
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
