Important Details:

The Yard Team Member is a Union position with fantastic benefits and pension.

Team members are paid weekly and are guaranteed to earn more than $21/hour in the first year.

2nd Shift Hours: 1:00 PM-11:00 PM

The Job:

The Yard Team Member is responsible for the final movement of all pre-cast concrete pieces at the plant. They use industrial sized equipment to load, offload, and transfer all pre-cast pieces. They are the final step in the pre-cast process before getting installed at the job site. The Yard Team Member works in all-weather climates and relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.
