Job Description:

Will report to the Vice President of Sales. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 18-20 Territory Managers who report to 10 Branches across the Midwest. This position requires a consummate sales and business development leader who can drive exceptional growth while leading the field sales function within a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in industrial distribution sales with track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a minimum of three years in a sales management role.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Implementation of CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Requires day travel and 30% of overnight travel.
