Warehouse Associate:

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Warehouse Associate to provide support to customers and staff and provide excellent internal and external customer service. The Warehouse Associate responsibilities include receiving, sorting, shipping, processing, labeling, organizing, and assisting customers picking up orders. The Warehouse Associate should be able to demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders by independently identifying new orders, picking orders, packing orders, and shipping orders utilizing provided computer systems.
• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using trucks, tractors, or other equipment.
• Sort items before loading and unloading to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Be able to lift heavy objects and utilize warehouse equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in use of computer applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-starter
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation and ability to be on-time, everyday

Work hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour, plus quarterly performance bonus up to $500 per quarter.
