Mid South is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Tennessee Region Therapy Team at an Assisted Living facility in Jackson, Tennessee. This position will serve as the Director of Rehab. Full-Time hours 30 hours.

• Must have current unrestricted professional license to practice
