ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR position to work with the Executive Director to achieve the mission of a Comprehensive Domestic Violence agency and to assist in oversight of the day-to-day operations of the organization. This position will oversee the Abuser Intervention Program, Case Management Services, and human resources, assist Executive Director with grant management, project implementation and reporting and oversee donor management, fundraising and related communication efforts. Required, Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in human services; Master’s Degree preferred; and three years of management experience in the human services field. Experience in the victim services field preferred. Familiarity with non-profit policies and procedures, including donor management, fundraising and grant management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to adapt to diverse needs of clients and staff. Skills should include demonstrated leadership ability, problem solving, personnel management and strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent organizational skills. Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
