Mid-Plains Center for Behavioral Healthcare Services, Inc. is Hiring a Director of Clinical Operations Near Grand Island, NE
Mid-Plains Center is seeking an experienced professional to serve on the Executive Team while providing leadership and oversight to agency service programs.
Ideal candidate will be highly relational, collaborative, solution-focused, with a strong grasp of operations and proven ability to implement changes. This position is responsible to supervise program managers, ensure programs remain in compliance with rules and regulations, recommend and develop agency policies, participate in community stakeholder meetings, and manage staff dynamics to continuously build and support the agency culture. Clinical background, program development, and an ability to conduct staff trainings is preferred but not required.
This position reports to the President/CEO and is eligible for promotion to a Chief Operating Officer and Vice President status (which includes 100% agency paid benefits) after the successful completion of at least one year in the role. Salary and hiring bonus dependent on experience and agency fit.
