As the Psychologist Supervisor you will be responsible for providing supervision and direction to clinical staff. To view the complete job description you can view it here: https://mopsohio.com/job-description/

In addition, you will:

• Lead in the communication of the agency’s objectives and policies to staff and schedule and lead regular staff meetings and group supervision.
• Monitors productivity of staff and work with clinical staff to optimize time management to maintain high levels of work productivity.
• Supervises standard operating procedures, routines, and clinical practices for successful organized operation.
• Provides intervention/treatment; conducts individual, family, and group therapeutic services within the scope of practice; provides competent services in accordance with the agency’s established standard of care.
• Assure that the quality of clinical services provided by supervisees is maintained through individual and group supervision; documentation of supervisory contacts in compliance with agency/regulatory requirements.
• Provides education and constructive feedback to direct supervisees regarding clinical skills and completion of administrative tasks.
• Appropriately maintains communication and positive relationships with academic institutions with whom direct supervisees are enrolled with.

Minimum qualifications/requirements:

• Active License in State of Ohio with appropriate supervisory endorsement: Psychologist
• Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance
