Our practice is excited to add another Veterinary Receptionist to our team! We are looking for an individual who is good at communicating, organization, and multi-tasking, and who is ready to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of previous experience in a receptionist setting.

Essential Functions:

• Answer phones and greet clients
• Email correspondence with clients
• Schedule appointments and surgeries
• Relay pertinent medical information, including prescriptions, to clients and other hospitals
• Provide client education
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk and waiting room
• Interact with clients to provide a comforting and welcoming environment
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications

• Ability to work on weekends (alternating Saturdays)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift patients and carry equipment/food up to 25 pounds; ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance
• Computer skills, MS office applications, etc.
