The CREST/CREVAA Advocate will serve both clients who may be suffering from abuse, neglect, and exploitation, as well as providing emergency and long-term resources to elder and vulnerable adult crime victims. Services may include but not limited to:

• Emergency housing
• Emergency food and clothing
• Home modification
• Transportation
• Durable medical equipment
• Medication
• Personal care services
• Home maker services

QUALIFICATIONS An undergraduate degree from a four (4) year college or university in health, social work, or gerontology and minimum of two years full-time work experience with at least one year in aging, case management, social services and/or advocacy, or approved related fields.

Helpful Qualities • Ability to engage in problem solving, collaboration, and maintaining professional relationships • Goal oriented and ability to multi-task • Written and verbal communication skills, case documentation, establish working relationships with vulnerable clients

Requirements: Clean background check. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
