THE POSITION…

As a D365 F&SCM Developer, you will design, develop, implement and maintain technical solutions and integrations to meet company requirements within the D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) platform. To be successful in this role, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to optimize performance and efficiency. You’ll be part of the reason our customers consider us a premier instrument, avionics, and aircraft power solutions provider.

THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF…

• You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a two-year technical degree combined with relevant experience.
• You have a minimum of 3 years functional experience with AX/D365 F&SCM ERP Finance/Order Management/Manufacturing/Supply Chain modules (Items, BOMs, etc.).
• You are proficient in D365 F&SCM-related development tools including X , SSRS, Visual Studio, SML, C#, and SQL Server.
• You have experience with report development using SQL Server Reporting Services.
• You understand the core functionality of Microsoft Dynamics products and the tools for application customization
• You have working knowledge of Information Technology best practices, standards, and terminology.
• You can manage multiple end-user support and development requests effectively.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are organized, focused, and results oriented.
• You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
• You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IT IF… (but it’s not a deal breaker)

• You have programmed for C# and web (REST) APIs
• You have functional knowledge of Azure DevOps change control process

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ONE DAY TO THE NEXT…

• Collaborate with the implementation project team and users to architect and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions
• Design and develop custom Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&SCM solutions, reports, and screens utilizing X , SSRS, and other Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure services
• Participate in impact assessments of requested changes in collaboration with Business Analysts, System Administrators, and Consultants
• Modify D365 F&SCM user interface and business logic based on established business requirements
• Conduct debugging, unit testing, and debugging of F&SCM solutions and integrations
• Maintain code via Azure DevOps source control, manage build and release pipelines via ADO, and oversee deployments via LCS
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs, development tasks, and execute to implementation
• Collaborate with IT team members to enhance D365 knowledge, improve consistency and methodologies for high-quality delivery processes
