This is a full-time hybrid role for a Small Group Benefits Insurance Producer. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including selling insurance, communicating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and managing
employee benefits. This role is primarily located in Fort Worth, Texas, but also allows for flexible remote work options. Networking and attending events is a must.

Duties:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales target
• Identify potential clients and build a strong customer base through networking and referrals
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
• Negotiate insurance terms with underwriters on behalf of clients
• Market insurance products to individuals and businesses
• Provide accurate and timely information on insurance products, coverage, and eligibility
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws

Qualifications:

• Strong sales, negotiation skills and experience in insurance sales
• Life & Health Insurance License
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Knowledge and understanding of various group insurance products and services
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze insurance options
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
