You will assist technicians with troubleshooting, conduct quality inspections to minimize comebacks, and ensure that techs remain productive. Safety is paramount under your supervision. Approve job cards and service write-ups for profitability before invoicing.
Prepare customer quotes promptly and ensure timely delivery.
Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service experiences.
Manage customer communications, schedule repairs, provide updates, and handle any concerns that may arise
Act as branch lead in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Operate vehicles as required, holding a class B CDL.
Support technicians when necessary and supervise and coach shop personnel for optimal performance.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and utilization of appropriate PPE.
Maintain and repair shop tools and equipment as needed.
Assist technicians with troubleshooting to enhance efficiency and minimize comebacks.
Conduct quality control inspections on repairs to prevent unnecessary comebacks.
Assign jobs to technicians upon completion to maximize productivity.

Qualifications
CDL Class A or B License preferred
Must have a technical and working knowledge of heavy diesel trucks and equipment including electrical and hydraulic
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
Must have exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and negotiating skills
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to lift and move more than 50 lbs without assistance.
Must be able to get into and out of various vehicles without assistance.
