Growing, multi-location chiropractic office seeking a Billing Associate. Our ideal candidate is detailed oriented, self-motivated, and can thrive in a fast-paced work environment; must also be an independent problem solver with good communication skills. Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-10, and EOBs/ERAs is required. Please have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, no weekends. This is not a remote work position, all work is located at our Park Heights Avenue location. Previous experience with Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury is a plus.

Position responsibilities include:

• Working knowledge of insurance AR cycles for commerical, auto and workers' compensation payers
• Accurate and efficient payment postings
• Knowledge of EoBs/EoRs
• Efficient and accurate data entry
• Filing appeals and resolving payment denials
• Professional communication and phone skills
• Ability to resolve patient and attorney questions and concerns

Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Previous medical office experience preferred
