Duties:
- Accurately transcribe medical documentation, including patient history, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and treatment plans
- Maintain organized and up-to-date medical records
- Assist healthcare professionals with data entry and retrieval
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation
- Navigate electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the medical office as needed

Experience:
- Familiarity with medical terminology, systems, and procedures
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation practices
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Understanding of physiology and medical terminology related to various specialties (e.g., ER, ophthalmology) is a plus
- Proficient typing skills to effectively capture information in real-time
