Duties:
- Accompany healthcare professionals during patient visits and accurately document medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating referrals
- Code medical procedures and diagnoses for accurate billing and insurance purposes
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to transcribe and interpret medical jargon
- Record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Assist with patient care activities under the supervision of healthcare professionals
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to accurately describe physical findings
- Familiarity with X-Ray procedures and terminology

Skills:
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Strong medical administrative support skills including appointment scheduling and record management
- Proficiency in coding medical procedures and diagnoses
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately transcribe medical jargon
- Ability to record and interpret vital signs accurately
- Understanding of patient care principles and ability to assist healthcare professionals as needed
- Knowledge of anatomy to describe physical findings effectively
- Familiarity with X-Ray procedures and terminology
