Job Description
Physical Therapist Qualifications:
- A Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Licensed by the KS State Board of Healing Arts
- 1-2 years of PT experience preferred with strong orthopedic background utilizing functional assessment and corrective strategies.
Essential Functions:
- Evaluate/Assess patients and assign movement diagnosis and mechanical diagnosis
- Implement effective Physical Therapy treatment plan aimed at restoring function and achieving patient goals.
- Maintain daily electronic medical records
- Work closely with dynamic, motivated team of physical therapists, athletic trainers, orthopedic surgeons, podiatrist, Doctors, and mid-level providers
- Communicate with referring physicians/providers regarding PT care and treatment plan
