Outpatient orthopaedic clinic seeks Physical Therapist to join our experienced therapy department at Kansas Orthopaedic Center. Great opportunity to work closely with our orthopaedic surgeons for excellent patient outcomes! Full-time or part-time hours available, preferred schedule for full-time is 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. No work on weekends and no work on holidays! - Evaluate and assess patients- Formulate treatment plans and goals for physical therapy patients- Complete all documentation related to patient care activities- Supervise physical therapy care provided by aides, assistants, or students- Participate in educational opportunities for professional growth and development and to meet requirements for credentials. Required Skills, Education and/or Experience:- Appropriate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program- One year outpatient therapy experience preferred- Current Kansas licensure in good standing as a Physical Therapist - Thorough knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and communicate (orally and written) effectively with patients, families, staff and physicians- Proficiency with Windows based applications
