Mid-America Martial Arts is seeking a motivated personal trainer and group fitness instructor. We are the area’s most complete martial arts and fitness center for the entire family since 2003.

We boast a modern 8000 square foot training facility offering a rig with 6 squat stations, free weights, kettlebells, dumbells, tires, sleds, etc;

complete with locker rooms, showers, and pro shop.

Responsibilities :

• Lead lunchtime group fitness classes Mon thru Fri 11 : 30-12 : 30 and / or evening sessions Mon thru Thurs 4 : 30-5 : 30.
• $25-45 per session depending on experience and certifications
• Opportunities for personal training sessions as well as ability to use facility for existing personal clients with a very favorable 15% profit split to the gym.

Experience :

• Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of strength & conditioning and group fitness
• Understanding of anatomy and body mechanics
• Ability to adapt effective fitness programs for clients of all fitness levels
