Overview

The successful candidate in this leadership role will have primary responsibilities of the oversight and management of the portfolio of service delivery contracts for the Program Management & Customer Support group within the Intel & Network Solutions division. Secondary responsibilities for this position will be aiding the SVP, Intel & Network Solutions to organically grow existing contracts as well as supporting the overall growth of the business unit through participation in technical solution development. The Director will also be responsible for the supervision of project managers on key contracts within the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, employee retention and contract compliance through the direct management of subordinate staff.
• Direct interface with site leads/on-site project managers to ensure contract scope and delivery milestones are within acceptable parameters. Ensure all financial aspects of contracts are within budget.
• Direct interface with the Government POCs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Direct interface and oversight of site leads/PM’s ensuring the proper execution of their programs.
• Attend weekly/monthly status meetings, monitor and report program status.
• May participate in the review and/or development of policies and perform as a Technical Lead, SME or PM on contracts as required.

Qualifications

• • BS degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security or equivalent discipline
  • PMP certification highly desired; required within 3 months of employment.
  • 5 years of experience managing government contracts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Secret security clearance or higher desirable

Highly Desired:

• Technical certifications in one or more of the following: Cloud (Azure/AWS), Cyber Security (DoD 8570.01-M, IAT II or higher), Networking (Cisco/Aruba)
