Summary:

This position is a customer-facing role responsible for executing the efficient flow of kegs within our regional network. Customer Fulfillment Coordinators are the execution partners for our Customer Fulfillment Specialists. This team's primary mission is to meet brewer keg demand on time and at, or below, target costs. While loads are in transit, the Customer Fulfillment Coordinator performs load tracking and follows up with carriers, distributors and brewers if there are issues that need to be managed. Once loads are complete, the Customer Fulfillment Coordinator manages many of the system updates and load completion duties to ensure accurate transactions and billing. All of this work is performed with a professional Customer First! attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather and record empty keg data from distributors
• Execute FTL and LTL freight loads from decisions made by the Customer Fulfillment Specialist, including:
  • Carrier Quotes
  • Carrier Selection & Booking
  • Document generation and distribution (BOL, etc.)
  • Shipment data updates in the TAP computer system for each load
  • Accurate and timely scheduling of trucks for product pickups
  • Product delivery schedule coordination with customers
  • Shipment tracking from pickup through delivery
• Provide status reports to internal and external customers as required
• Address and resolve logistics and service issues promptly and professionally
• Assist & support other Order to Cash team members as needed
• Utilize various transportation tools/systems to facilitate the movement planning and scheduling of materials
• Provide the highest level of customer service
• Assist with month end close procedures
• Maintain good relationships with customers, vendors and internal departments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with TMS preferred
• Prior experience with web-based applications
• Prior experience with Craft Brewers, Beer Distributors and/or LTL carriers is a plus

Other:

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000, plus bonus

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
