Summary:

Financial Analyst provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects such as financial and expense performance, rate of return, working capital, pricing analysis, and investments including M&A modeling
• Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management
• Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
• Conducts special financial and business-related studies and cooperates with other departments in the preparation of analyses
• Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a US Person (due to export control/trusted supplier rules)
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.), MBA preferred, in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university
• 5 - 7 years of related experience with manufacturing background strongly preferred
• Aerospace & Defense, Space, Medical and Industrial markets specific industry experience preferred
• Working experience with GAAP accounting principles
• M&A experience preferred with focus on value creation analysis
