Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:

Provide technical expertise and consumer insights to drive digital transformation. Translate business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs. Provide complex technology solutions and integrate architecture. Understand consumer needs and identify solutions designed to address specific business problems. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators. Document and make use of existing reference architecture, established architectural styles, or design patterns. Collaborate with Project Managers during the project lifecycle, including governance and deployment, to scale across multiple platforms. Implement best practices and ensure quality control. Provide consultation and advice to customers across the lifecycle on digital transformation services and solutions. May require travel to unanticipated worksites up to 25 percent. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Minimum Requirements

• EDUCATION: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Logistics; Supply Chain Management; Business Intelligence; Business Administration; Business Operations; or related field.
• EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience analyzing, researching, planning, designing, and delivering predictable and measurable solutions for customers in an advisory capacity.
• SPECIFIC SKILLS: Experience must include 24 months of experience in: Project/program management and oversight; and Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across customers, company and partners, both cross-function and cross-business; and 12 months of experience in: Customer advisory and consulting; and Digital Strategy; and 6 months of experience in: Business casing and value modeling; and Business Strategy; and education or experience in: Change Management.

Pay Range and Benefits Information

The offered base pay range for this specific position (Job Code: (TSBRN17792), in New York, NY, is $168,480 to $198,480.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
