Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Mover/Drivers IMMEDIATELY. As a Mover/Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently picking up and delivering household goods and such to their designated locations. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Inventory (with condition description) all items at the time of pickup

- Blanket wrap and shrink wrap all items

- Custom pack any breakables/items requested by the customer

- Complete all paperwork/documents with the customer
- Safely operate company trucks
- Load and unload furniture and goods from the truck
- Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle

Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with a moving company
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Proficient in loading and unloading techniques
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
