As a Technical Lead of Micron's ASIC Verification team, you will have a key role in developing advanced verification components for sophisticated SOC designs, while ensuring on-time delivery with outstanding quality. You are expected to lead the development of new UVM and/or Python simulation environments, to develop and execute verification plans in close communication with the design team, and debug complex problems. You must be familiar with constrained random verification and functional coverage closure. Additionally, you will be a self-starter, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving/debugging skills, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What’s Encouraged Daily:

• ASIC design verification with UVM methodologies and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Developing UVM-based System Verilog test benches.
• Understanding design specifications and developing block, sub-system, or SOC top-level verification plans.
• Deep understanding and knowledge of verification methodologies, flows, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with the design team as well as other verification teams across geographical locations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

How to Qualify:

• MS or BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of proven experience in IP and/or SoC verification.
• A proven track record of being a technical lead through at least one cycle of ASIC development - all the way to tape-out.
• UVM proficiency and experience with complex coverage-driven random constraints are required.
• Experience with DRAM protocols and Mixed Signals designs.
• Deep knowledge of circuit design, digital logic, and logic verification methodology.
• Good knowledge of programming and/or scripting languages such as Python, C/C , TCL, Perl.
• Ability to work across functional teams, and geographical locations, while achieving results in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
