We are looking for a professional Quality Inspector who will continuously pursue perfection by striving to improve our productivity, product quality, and timeliness of delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Approves incoming molds by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments.
• Document inspection results by completing reports/routers and inputting data into the quality database.
• Check parts to ensure they meet blueprint specifications using proper gauges.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.
• Arrives to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must stand for long periods, bending, kneeling, walking.
• Properly use feeler gauges, dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, Vernier calipers, and ultrasonic polishers.
• Demonstrated ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Average typing skills.
• Blueprint comprehension.
• GD&T Knowledge.
• CMM and portable arm experience.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
