Overview:
I am an inventor running a small tech business, who needs help telling the world about what I've been building in my workshop in downtown Cville. I'm seeking someone who can help create video content, run email campaigns, manage influencers, and help build a crowdfunding campaign for our next creation. There's so much cool stuff happening here, but I want to put my creativity towards building new circuits. So I'd like to borrow your creativity.

You can find out about our products at MicroKits.net . We make musical educational electronic kits and projects, including a build-your-own Theremin and a Synthesizer that can be plugged into bananas! We want to make electronic musical instruments that get people interested in science, and get the next generation excited about making their own electronics.

Responsibilities:

• Create short form video content about our products and company, to be posted organically and in PPC ads.
• Create email campaigns including welcome series for new customers and monthly emails to our subscribers.
• Help organize outreach to influencers and businesses. The last time I sent a batch out to influencers, I got 10 million views!
• Help set up our Crowdfunding campaign. I'm working on something that every science teacher in America needs to get! But I need your help building hype before the launch. I have a book that makes this process straightforward.

Requirements:

• Experience editing short form videos, with any software.
• Comfortable posting on Instagram, as a real authentic human.
• Familiarity with how E-Commerce and Marketing Funnels work.
• Ability to meet in person a couple times a month at our downtown Cville workshop.
• Interest in making music, STEM concepts, education, or electronics is a plus.
• More than anything, I'm looking for someone who's excited about new ways to play with music, science, and electronics, and can share this excitement in creative ways.
