We are looking for a determined, high energy, well organized individual for the Shipping/Receiving Clerk position at our Dental Laboratory at our ADL Dental lab in Louisville, KY.

**Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for tracking, entering, and researching information in current systems

* Prepare material for shipping by weighing, packaging, stamping, and preparing necessary shipping forms such as invoices and shipping labels

* Disinfect all incoming cases following laboratory safety processes

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and blog

* Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped

* Unload, sort, and prioritize incoming packages for case entry

* Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies

* Provide support to employees and managers in the handling of all shipping related activities, including routing internal drivers for package pickup and delivery

* All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred

* Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs

* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication

* High attention to detail with the upmost accuracy is required

* Understanding of general administrative policies and procedures

* Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

* Maintain clean equipment and work area

* Ability to stand for long periods of time; Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
